Trailside Physiotherapy is a trusted, locally owned clinic network serving the Lower Mainland, British Columbia. With locations in Coquitlam, New Westminster, and now Port Coquitlam, Trailside offers a comprehensive range of services, including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and kinesiology.

As Trailside continued to grow, they added a third clinic, expanded an existing location, and hired new therapists. With that growth also came increased competition from other clinics entering the market.

Trailside needed more than just one-off marketing tactics or campaigns. They needed a predictable patient-acquisition strategy that could support expansion and get new therapists busy quickly.

Challenge

Trailside faced challenges common in the physiotherapy industry:

3. Google Performance Max Campaigns

Performance Max campaigns expanded Trailside’s presence across Search, Maps, Display, and YouTube, capturing patients throughout the decision journey. Powered by strong conversion data, the campaigns continuously optimized toward the highest-value bookings, helping Trailside scale patient acquisition with much more efficiency.

Results

Since partnering with Trailside Physiotherapy, the clinic has increased booking volume and improved marketing efficiency on converting new patients despite growing competition.
